I don't know if it's pure Blake but Richard Wax's swing is fascinating to watch. There are at least three planes and they are near perfectly parallel one to the other: (1) The shaft plane at address. (2) The shaft plane at top of backswing. (3) Shaft plane at finish of followthrough. Stacked parallel planes equal distance apart. It is a mesmerizing demonstration and leads me to ponder whether a fine golf swing might depend on a fortunate configuration of bone, ligament and tendon. |
