I have a set of the EQL irons with steel shafts. The company's claim (Tommy Armour) of "just one swing" for all irons is valid. I almost ordered a more modern set of Purefit same-length irons, but eventually changed my mind. I wonder if any low-handicap golfers (say three or less) have embraced these clubs. My guess is that top-notch golfers would not like them. By the way, it's not truly "just one swing" because the fairway woods (of a full set) are longer than the irons and the driver is longer than the fairway woods. Jim
