In GSotF Mindy says the two significant points are curtailing the hip turn and reducing the amount the left arm swings around the body.
The main thing for me though (at this early stage) is the extreme positioning of the right elbow. That seems to be the key to making a reflex swing and yields benefits even without other elements of the action being perfect.
And what about the shut to open motion?
So what defines a Blake swing?
