Is he consistent from round to round?

That's what I struggle with. I generally hit the ball
well and hit a lot of fairways and greens but then
suddenly my wheels come off and it's not just a near miss,
I really screw it up.

great tee-to-green,but his putting was way off. He said he'd been putting by looking at the hole for the past 20+ years. Apparently, that technique isn't working anymore.
