I feel as if this person is either a grandmother or grandfather. When I first read the question, I got a grandmother feeling (or a passed woman from your past), so I will go with that. Also, this person isn't trying to harm you, she is just trying to contact you. I will be honest, I'm not the best medium, but I hope this has helped. Just try talking to her, she just wants you to know that she is there.
