GT30 & GT35 Vs T03 & T3/4 turbo’s may use the same foot print flange but they locate the turbo in different positions. Different manifolds are available to suit both styles. You must stipulate which turbo you are planning to use when ordering.

Gareth is using one of the Split pulse manifolds and has an awesome power curve with a peak 380rwhp @ 18psi on 98ron pump fuel using an internally standard FJ20ET.

just wondering whether you can explain the difference of a spit pulse manifold compared to the other manifold you offer??

I'll come back too this when I have more time.

Basically split pulse manifolds and split pulse exhaust housings keep the exhaust pulses that fire 180º from each other divided all the way to the turbine. By doing this there is far less energy lost to the turbine. The extra energy to the turbine promotes faster spool time and more horse power through out the power curve. Well that’s the theory anyway. By these putting these theories to practice I have found only slightly higher top end horse power but much faster boost response leading to heaps higher low rpm to mid rpm torque and horse power. Nice big usable power curve.

The only low mount manifold I offer for FJ20 mounts the turbo in the standard S12 Silvia position.

This is just a quick plug for these manifolds, I had one of Ricky's exhaust manifolds on my DR30 for the last 5 years or so, all smiles and happy with the work.

could you make anything or know of which manifold would fit in a LHD datsun 280z (fairlady). i have an HKS log style that comes really close to the brake booster/and master cylinder and the exhaust down pipe comes real close to the firewall/brake lines/proportioning valve. its working for now but would like to have something equal length along the lines of what you make. any suggestions?
