Contact ben diggles and get him to redrill yours. Then you have adjuatable gears. I bought some turbo gears only to get them redrilled to adjustable ones by diggles which made a nice difference.
Itll probs just be a bit more expensive from ben but well worth it.

Yep, I'm still making these based on mandrels I have made up to copy from Tomei gears - 10 adjustment holes, +- 2 crank degree increments. call on (07) 34088443 or 0403773592. I'm in Queensland.
