hey guys i'm selling my ute.
i havn't had it very long but i was never planning on having it long. the purpose of me buying this ute was to do an engine conversion in it, so it's something that i can say i have done on my own. i'm buying a house some time towards the start of this year so this is one of the things i will have to be sacrificing. but i guess also it's gonna depend on what i can get for the ute.
here's the brief details of the packagae

-1986 nissan navara kingcab silver ute

-16" ROH wheels

-sports leather steering wheel

-reset leaf springs with 2" lowering blocks and wound down heavy duty 4wd torsion bars up front

-koni shocks

-chrome grill clear tail lights (all those fancy sort of bits)

-bucket seats out of not sure what but much better than standard navara seats.

-jvc mp3/cd player with 6 inch speakers in front and 6 by 9's in back

-Engine conversion from standard z24 to import FJ20ET 2 litre twin cam turbo fuel injected engine. injectors have just been serviced, new genuine cam chain tensioner. high volume 5 Litre custom made sump. professionally fabricated engine mounts and gearbox cross memeber. heavy duty clutch made up at western clutch by john for those who know him. air conditioning was converted over with custom hoses made and all new gas with compressor service. blow off valve and pod air cleaner. 3 guages (boost, oil pressure and water temp) sitting in custom made console under stereo. no intercooler (as from factory). standard computer. pollished surge tank and battery mounted (mounted as required by engineer) in back of ute.

-the down side is that i havn't engineered it yet. i'm prepared to do this but will charge a whole lot more for it as i would prefer not to do it. everything has been done as required by an engineer and the only thing that would need to be done for the engineer would be to remove the blow off valve (just for the inspection) and to make a box/cover to go around the air cleaner pod... ridiculous rule but we can't change it can we.

some pics can be seen in the link below which also goes through the whole conversion process...

i will sell for $8500 engineered or $7500 without engineers

(engineering is no way near that much but i'm trying to show that i havn't got the time to do it so there's an incentive for the buyer to do it)
