join hands with your allies." ~Sun Tzu
*when word of the arrival of yet another faction reached the ears of Archos's communications officers, a planning sesion was immediately called. Archos had been long absent from the east, and though he watched the east, he was not a God and could nae know all. The arrival of this new army entering the field was a shock. On whose side would they fight, would they fight only for themselves? Did they come to relieve the Warlock Order? Did they come to aid the Zhentarim or the Alante? So many questions, no obvious answers. Their arrival in New Camelot made for a number of possibilities. Most of them unpleasant. The ritual had begun to allow a second levy of troops from the shee to arrive, but it would be a difficult fight nonetheless, however it would be at least a few days before their arrival should they seek to stop his conquest. A small group of ambassadors were dispatched in a blue ship, the color of diplomacy, to speak with the representative of this new force*
In the interim, Archos's troops were preparing to destroy the last significant vestige of WO power in Galen Thal. The Capital city of Hagalz.
One ultimatum would be sent. Complete surrender of the city, and the surrender or departure of all forces opposed to the rule of the Godslayer hearth. Those captured, it was promised, would not be turned over to the Mutiny Alliance or Venway Confederation if they surrendered. (seems that would be a tempting offer, since the venway confederation would have much cause to be very brutal with captives) Those that were captured in battle, by contrast, would not be granted that same option.
