Fuck the Armada

The four warships out at sea on regular patrols attacked as a screen for the ports of Boaam. The Armada was spotted by a single warship and then notified to the other ships by smoke signals as the ship sailed back to port. The other three ships left the area, sailing toward Styrm to notify their government and find a safe harbour. Still, due to shifting winds, one drifted for almost two hours, and then fell a victum to the armada.

There was little time to prepare for the attack. The six scout ships in the harbour split into two groups of three and began sailing out to sea and away from the Armada. (One going north and the other going south.)

Unfortunately, although most of the citizens with horses were able to escape, the port would be at Setrus' mercy. Massive boulders crushed an entire residential section. One of the first capults shots of the day crushed a room full of unsuspecting school-childeren. By nightfall, the town was in complete ruin.

This is when Boaam would make their move. After reaching secure waters, the ships turned back towards the port. One mage aboard made use of the time, channeling energy into the rams. Enchanting the rams, they would now cause massive ammounts of damage. Arriving shortly after 3:21 AM, six ships charge toward the Setrus rear in a five ship line, with one remaining at the rear.

The lead five sail straight for the rear ships, aimming to slash into five of their enemies with their rams. Upon contact, massive ammounts of kinetic energy would be released ontop of the regular impact. The scout ship in reserve launched flaming arrows into the main part of the fleet, only adding to the chaos for the night attack. Before the would allow their enemy to retaliate on them, the fast scout ships pull back....sending more flaming arrows at the fleet as they retreat to the open sea, and then sailing toward Styrm.

((-6 spells for the montH

Any questions, asK. A few gamers already know, but to make it public..there are swordsmen on two of these ships. I was planning something else, but this came up.. )
