There is a browser in which you can browse pop-up free all throughout the Internet.

Mozilla is a very good browser, and a much better alternative to Netscape (which is just a bastardized version of Mozilla anyway) so if you are tired of popups I would suggest you try this out before you go and tear your hair out.
Very easy to use, very simple to work.
Once installed, start it up, go to Edit, then Preferences, down to Advanced, and then click on Scripts & Windows, then un-check "Open unrequested windows", click ok, and you're rollin.
