As for Rathian's rank, I suggest we wait and let her prove herself first.
How are things in Venway? My scouts have given me an estimate of casualties and such from the latest of the Warlock Order's attacks-- but I'd rather hear what really happened. Still, I feel that no degree of death will prevent our victory, in the end.
The Mutiny Alliance 'armada' is building by the day. Even after the attack on the shipyard, things are exceptional, as should be expected. Out of six gunboats in the Vennish harbor, three were destoried. One of the three was being constructed at the time.
To make up for our losses, bands of theives across the shoreline have raided and taken almost a dozen civilian vessels which are currently being outfitted with machine guns. This guerilla fleet, composed of faster and smaller ships, will make impossible tragets for u-boats and much more manuverable than any Dreadnought.
You should see the flagship (which I am currently aboard). It is an old British Revenge class from World War I. 1916--to be exact. This ship has been outfitted with umbral capabilty, thanks to the mages within the Arcanum. Our two of our three remaining gunboats have been outfitted with umbral travel--and I do expect the third to be finished very soon.
My building fleet will arrive in Venway tomorrow.
