hello everyone! I'm thinking of taking my wife and daughter to AP this may, and I was wondering if anyone knew about little mccauley i.e. if you can fish from shore there or if you need to bring a canoe to the lake. seems like there are alot of knowledgable folk on this forum and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey James,
You can fish at the end of the portage but there's not all that much space, plus I've only ever caught one fish there. The better fishing is at the other end of the lake. I would strongly recomend a canoe.
