I myself am an avid poet/writer and just wish to mention to all the newcomers on this site lately that there is a poetry section in the Resources Area of this site's home page.

Not being an accomplished photographer, but feel quite comfortable with writing Algonquin poetry, I am making a suggestion to BBD that he might want to consider having a "poetry contest" as well as a "photo contest" in future months.

So over to you BBD.

OK... How about a poem about each Access point that you have used to date

and then we wait in AWE for the final #15 Poem this summer

I also think that you need to document these 29 Access point trips as you have said you are an avid writer but the trip logs
don't reflect such talent

Heh Bo!

Getting any sleep, I've noticed the times of your last 2 posts - perhaps the thoughts of getting back to the "PARK" are making you think about routes, campsites, which lures to use, what menu to go with etc.etc. and this keeping you from going into a deep slumber. I've enjoyed reading all your posts and also give a big thumbs to you and the missus, have a happy paddle through life together! Look forward to seeing your poetry.

Yup, getting about 4 hrs. sleep per night. I'm a very early riser, always have been, but now it's because of my early morning Citizen route which keeps me slim and trim, not to mention sexy and hot!!! LOL LOL

As for reading my poetry, some of it is in the Resources Section of this site.

And Racoon, I can't write all the trip logs re my trips from 28 access points with #15 coming this summer because then Sheila won't have any new material for her upcoming book on my life in Algonquin which, by the way, is the greatest Park in the world!!!

Only 34 more sleeps till Algonquin trout opener!!!
