Doesn't the Birchcliffe Cabin have running water, shower, and an indoor toilet????
If not, what a waste of $$$$$$. Give me a tent any day!!!!!

Hey Bo, What do you mean no running water the cabin? Heh, hehe...
Don't worry, I can rough it out!
I just thought that many cabins had water springs nearby like White Trout and Big Crow that I know of and drank from. Beats pumping water. Iknow, I know, you should still filter water, but I get lazy sometimes.
Sweedie, will look for that pump dood.
Cheers

No there is no spring at the cabin hoever there is one down the portage trail toward Calm lake a very long walk. and the pump in the cabin has not worked for at least the last six years that I know. Just dip into the lake and purify your water. |
