For all those interested, I am starting an IM/iChat directory of AA enthusiasts.
If you are interested in adding you name to the list just e-mail me at jproppe@rogers.com or post your IM/iChat id here.
The reason is simple; in the case of last minute changes to anyones plans, I would be able to access you via my palm pilot and know not to worry about a change of plans regarding the opener or other events for that matter. If you prefer to stay off it, just let me know; as I am just trying to create a data base that would alleviate fears for those already at camp. FYI. My Palm is equipped with a one way hookup, so I can get last minute messages from almost everywhere via satellite. Also, for my birthday I hope to get a SPOT device that would send out an "Ok", "Need help" or SOS" via satellite, just in case something terrible happened; remember, my motto is safety first.
