hi i realize this has nothing to do with algonquin park but i was wondering if any of you trout fisherman could be of assistance. In about a week i have a trip planned to the temiscaming region of quebec. im getting a little nervous about the ice situation. any chance somebody knows when ice is usually out around there, or better yet has anyone been up there recently??

It looks pretty frozen to me yet.It "could" free up a bit but from the Satelite its sold yet.
Try calling the Waterfront Inn at New Liskeart...I'm sure they can look out the window and tell you how the lakes looking.
