Fork Lake (vicariously)

As I am watching their weekend unfold I make note of how our wired world keeps us in contact. Although I am sure it is not for everyone I think it is pretty cool.

I checked in from time to time on Sean's progress as he made his way early this morning from home to the campsite on Fork lake. He arrived there at 9:13 am.

Hey Derek ....

I'm glad you enjoyed the odd post we put up from the park. My iphone's batteries died as I had forgotten to turn off th GPS software on it, other wise we would have posted a few more.

It was fun for us to read what people wrote after we posted, as we antisipated some well humnored responces.

I agree, the technology is not for everyone, but I to think it is pretty cool, and will do it again. I hope others try it out aswell, as I think being ther vicariously would be better then not at all.
