I read a trip log posted some time ago by Jim FitzSimmons. Jim if your on here, or if anyone else is familiar with the lake I'd love to hear more. The trip log briefly mentioned frank lake and the camp site that is on it. If possible could Jim or anyone else tell me more. Is the are the tent pads large (there would be 6 of us camping there, one large tent, one small), is the lake deep or weedy, any fishing success or any other information (or pictures) that you could share. Thank you.

paddled through frank once but didn't stop to check out the site. Lake was pretty though

We passed through Frank Lake two years ago.
The lake is pretty, not that large, and seemed to be deep and good for swimming. I can't comment on the fishing.
The one campsite on the lake was nicely situated on a narrow point jutting out into the lake, but it wasn't that spacious a site. I don't know for sure the tent pad situation as we didn't get out of the canoe to inspect the site. But in my mind it was pretty tight for space on the point. Hopefully someone else has been on the campsite and can answer.
