Sadly I can't make the Rock Lake that weekend

And the trip to Laveille looks like its has been moved up
to the last week in April .
Looking like in Mon/Tue the 27/28 and out five days later,
looping from Opeongo thru BC to Crow Bay/Laveille and then out the
famous Bonfield trail

Rob wants to go in earlier than my planned mid May
so we need the ice out ASAP

Perhaps you should run icebreaker up and down Opeongo
and open a pathway!!!

I'm gonna be up Algonquin ways on Thursday too... plan to go hike a couple trails and whatnot on Thursday, and get a nice long sleep before meeting Stainless at the Rock Lake put-in Friday morning. Where is your cottage JeffP? Is there a nice pub or somewhat near ya?

Assuming all goes as planned Jeffrey Ma nd I should be in the area Thursday night, staying at my cottage before heading to the park Friday AM.

I hope that we get up early enough to check out Rock Lake that evening, and say hello to Swede.

Other then that though, nothing too exciting; and again it depends on travel times etc.

Sorry if I misunderstood. I had assumed that you would be at Rock Lake on Thursday evening, and that Jeffery and I would hook up with you there. If I was wrong please forgive me. If you would like, I'd be honored to host you at my cottage Thursday night, as that is where Jeffrey and I will be that night.

If you drop me an e-mail at jproppe@rogers.com we could easily arrange to meet, and you would be more then welcomed to stay the night, at my cottage as my guest ...... but you'd have to bring your Baileys

If all goes as planned, Jeffrey and I should be in Huntsville by 5:00 pm or so, and perhas we could have an opener dinner at my cottage that night. I'll provide the wine and facilities if you can bring the meal.

The cottage is easily accessible, and as long as you follow me in, should be no problem with your trailer.

PLease consider this Swede, as I in no way wonted to upset you. I consider you a friend, and would be honoured to enjoy a meal of your cooking at my cottage, provided you took my drink in return.

I'm planning to be up in Algonquin Thurs mid-day to hike a couple trails - get the heart pumpin' nicely... Was curious where your cottage was, and if ya'll wanted to meet up at a pub for a drink or something later that evening, but it sounds as if you'll be tucked in for the evening. Was going to pick a site at Rock Lake for Thurs night to be there bright and early for a good breakfast and await Stainless' arrival.

Gah! My Astro test got pushed forward from last Thursday to this Thursday since there was passover and the uni prohibits tests/exams then. So now it's Thurs 7pm-8pm. f(*&
