Can anyone tell me what the sites on Owl Lake are like and any other information about the lake, thanks

Three sites - the one on he South shore is not very good. The Northern sites are better. Nice lake - Portages in are not bad. Next lake down - Linda - is nicer. Plus you have options for hiking on bike trail vai Linda.

This is a great lake imho inspite of potential hazardsand as mentioned geat nearby opportunities

It has a person tripping root and an eroded area cutting
into the adjacent fireside area that may
guarantee a bath at night time!

Advice ( learned by experience )
clockwise around the firepit works best
counterclockwise only if willing to risk a bath


P.S. having life guards on station at he firepit is a bonus
if you directional ability is off canter!!
