Does anyone know anything about a canoe that is stashed on the north east shore of animoosh. It's unusual because it is in plain view from the water and there is a life jacket hung on a branch making it that much more obvious. Just dosnt make sense, if someone were going to hide a canoe in the interior one would think that it would be well hidden. ??

I wouldn't be surprised if this is for use by conversation officers (if that's the right term).

I recall seeing a motorboat stashed on shore on Parkside Bay. I figured that they are maybe on shore near road access.

I think you meant Conservation officers not "Conversation"!!!
That boat in Parkside Bay on Ragged Lake is for cleaning and maintenance and they drive in by the Forest research station after they unlock the gate and then walk down to the lake (about 100m distance from the end of a very old logging road).

Though maybe i meant wardens instead? nonetheless, thanks for clarifying what might be the intention of the owners of that boat
