I've been playing with GPS apps for my blackberry and have found the following: www.gpsed.com
It took a little tweaking and a few minutes to initially find the sats, but once it got it's groove it's been pretty awesome.
Anybody wishing to track distance, speed and elevation could make good use of this, also gives you compass points etc. It's available for a few different phones.
It allows you to track a course, set way points etc. then review it on a map online via your PC or MAC at a later point. The basic service is free to use.
