They are a very large shop in Newbury street, it's like the 5th avenue of Boston. I can't imagine that they would be crooked, they have been there for years. I sold them a watch a few years back and they were very easy to work with during the entire transaction. Good luck

Prices are a bit high, though, probably to cover the overhead, etc.

Obviously not a large retailer, but more of a family business from what I could tell when I was in Boston.
