I've heard one too many times Panerai claiming that the watch was shipped 'scratched'. I took pics before mailing the watch and I had my AD witness that before sending it. I am glad I did. This was my first time dealing with the service center and I took these precautions based on previous horror stories posted on this forum.
However, I never thought the same thing would happen to me. Anyway, my watch is finally back and all is well.
