Mine was done over 10 years ago and I have had perfect vision ever since. But do your due diligence on the ophthalmologist and choose one with the most experience you can afford.
I know of many botched surgeries (aka "enhancements") that can range from minor corrections to blindness. So be willing to pay for quality.
And if you want a 232 later, let me know and I will sell you mine....
