Hi guys havent been able to post in a while. Maybe you've seen the new revolution article there are a few panerai articles throughout, including one specifically about the new SE panerai depth gage submersible watch. bonati says it was the first effort to combine the original tritico (depth gage, compass, and watch) into one instrument, and that they are currently working on it a new tritico but are not ready to release it yet. so thats why the new depth gage is only 2 out of the original 3 intruments. they also mention that the new titanium radiomir with the inner gold ring was originally meant to serve a function similar to the inner ring in the new rolex deep sea but is now mostly cosmetic in the radioimir. lots of good panerai reference throughout the issue.
Anyway I was wondering what the best technique is for cleaning your watches after swimming in the pool or ocean- just soak it in a glass of water so the chemicals dont sit on the metals? Thanks !
