X Meeting Club Panerai (Viareggio/Italy) part 1: arriving thursday

Hi all,

a great weekend behind, arrived back home well.

The 10th meeting of the Club Panerai in Italy was another great trip with lots of good friends, great fun and delicous food



The first Espresso right after we arrived at the Hotel "Club I Pini". Delicious!



I arrived together with Ralf and Christian, mates from the german paneraiforum.de jumpin' across the alps with Ryanair.
Until more members arrived, we took a short walk to the beach promenade and stopped by the "Pinolo" bar for a snack.



With us were also Asi (the former orange farmer from Israel) and Ron Welldon (Isle of Man). Great to meet you again!



We went to the new pier at the beach in Lido di Camaiore, which is right next to Viareggio. A fantastic view to the "Mare Nostrum".

The best Pizza in the world at Conti. We never can resist to have a little pre-dinner

Back at the hotel, our host Piero Lapiana arrived to welcome us.



"Salute!" with Limoncello. In the evening we had a great dinner, and more guests arrived. Donnie and his wife from the west coast (respect - that's a looong way...!)
