I don't mind the model numbers, case numbers, I don't even mind "Opus Facere" on the 249 case.

But engraving "Vintage" on watches is IMO just silly. The people buying these watches are probably doing so precisely because they're vintage homages, there's no need to remind them of what they already know.

Or, if the person isn't buying the watch as a vintage homage, why would they care if it is?

Either way it's a non-starter IMO, and frankly would be a deal breaker for me. As much as I love the 372, I'm not sure I'd want to see "Vintage" on the case every time I look at it, it would really ruin the vibe of the watch IMO.
