Response to Micah, you might think everything they do is good and great

Your post is here, Micah wasn't disagreeing with he also never said he loved everything Panerai did. However if you love a brand and are a fan of that brand there is a respect built up for how that brand chooses to do business, Panerai feels that this direction is in their best interest so let them continue to do so. If you're not happy with it, send them an email and let them know and if you're still not satisfied use Micahs advice.

For instance im a big Apple fan, however in recent years I haven't been happy with their customer service and their software upgrades not being compatible with earlier Mac software which forces me spend extra money on newer software when the old software works great for what I do. So I called filed a complaint, went online filed a complaint and bought my computer from a reseller so that Apple wasn't getting as much money from me as they would have if I would've purchased direct as i always have in the past. Yes I still bought an apple because I still like their products but I did what I could as a customer to make sure my voice was heard and with my wallet wink.gif

As for criticism, as long as it's done in a respectful manor and isn't rude it's always been welcome here but not everyone will agree with your criticism.
