the 292 also has small plastic caps that go over the tip of each lug wire where it enters the case. These caps have holes in them where the screws that hold the lug wires in place pass through them and contact the lug wires themselves inside the case. If the caps aren't lined up properly when you tighten down the screws they get ruined, requiring replacement.
Also in my experience the lug wires on the 292 are not exactly confidence inspiring. After a few changes they tend to stay loose no matter what you do... meaning the screws are fully tightened and everything is mounted properly, but the wires will still move around a little bit.
Bottom line is, when I wear my 292 I check the screws and lugs etc. far more often than on a normal rad because it never feels completely secure to me. In all honesty the whole system is janky IMO and really could have been better engineered.
