People always complain about bad experiences but rarely feel the need to tell about great experiences.
Once you get your 359 back, you'll strap it on your wrist and will forget all about it stopping.
Stop looking at bad publicity, it will do you no good at this point. You've bought the watch, it broke.. Nothing you can do but sit back and wait for its return.
Let OP do their thing, maybe shop for a new strap in the AC whilst you wait for your new watch to come back.
