I had 2 problems with my 312 during the warranty period. First time it took 4 months to return, and no one could tell me where the watch was or how long it would take. I swore never to buy another Pam. Nevertheless, it returned and it was rrunning perfectly. Second time it returned within the 3 weeks that tha AD announced. It was given a FULL service. Not only mechanical, but also all scratches were polished away. Excellent service I would say
