Soon to be Panerai owner

Hi guys,

I finally decided to buy a Pam 112 but just have a quick question. Is it better to buy the watch from ad that is close to my house or does it matter when it comes to warranty and getting the watch serviced? I have a slight better offer from one dealer but the AD is about 3 hours away. It's warranty valid at all AD or just valid from the AD I purchased the watch from. I should be getting the watch sometime next week, wish me luck.
