Question to 233 owners... GMT Function

Lately I got my third 233 however its been a while since I last used the GMT function.

Do you guys experience while moving the hour hand independently, the "Home Time" hand shakes pretty violently?

I forgot if its supposed to stay relative still or does shake while moving through the hours. I had to change the date so I had to rotate through the hours pretty rapidly where I did notice the movement of the "home Time" hand. The hands are not loose and everything is functioning properly just never noticed this shaking before.

Any help and or guidance would be much appreciated.
