And make sure it has rubber jaws and can be clamped to a table top, and use it to hold the buckle while you fiddle with the miserable two screw system.
I've had a few Anonimo and Chronoswiss watches, both of which use a two screw system for the lugs, and found the vise to be invaluable as it's very hard to keep two screwdrivers from slipping and causing a great deal of damage.
Your mileage may vary but it worked for me and any hardware store will probably have one for around $25.
