So, I thought I'd report on my first Radiomir strap change. I was a bit uneasy about this and was prepared for a tough go. First hurdle was acquiring a 1.4 mm screwdriver, which I ordered online and received today. I used scotch tape on the back of the watch to prevent scratches from driver slippage as suggested by other posters (thanks Nad). This was a great idea and gave me total peace of mind. I followed the following tutorial which was spot on and made this very, very easy:

Thanks to AndyH for posting this many years ago. Absolutely no problems changing a Rad strap and no more difficult than changing a Luminor strap.
