232 on a rubber just doesn't work IMHO. It is a stunning vintage homage to a 3646. If I were to wear it in the water on a regular basis, I'd just be prepared to buy a few leather straps and let nature have its course. Some leather makers handle the water better than others. One maker likes to say something like "wetter is better."
