Thoughts on the PAM337

What do the Paneristi out there generally think of this watch?
There's the famous review by Ping which is great but very much from a lady's point of view.
However, at 42mm what are your thoughts on guys wearing the watch?
The movement is very nice and the overall 'feel' of the watch is intriguing.
