They'll do what you want likely but you will end up with a 26mm buckle, so it would look chubby to say the least. The lugs are 26mm so if you do for example a standard 27/26 that many of the ammo makers like, you will get the same effect with out the sausage effect. I thing the guys above are right. For me, 28 mm is too much, but it's your opinion that matters. I will say this though, you would have to do it custom and at that size if you don't like it once it is on, it won't necessarily be easy to rind yourself of.
