| Am in London and I find a screw loose on the buckle of my 127, so I m in harrods and decide to ask the fellow in the panerai section if i could have it tightened, he proceeds to send me down to after watch sales repair, where the fellow obliges and comes back with the watch and contemplates whether he should charge me 10 pounds or not, at first I thought he was in jest, but this guy was completely serious. He decided not to charge me, but the fact that it was even raised pissed me off. As if he did me a favor. |
