Well .....This restaurant sticks in my mind .....A great little family run restaurant near the Ponte Vecchio in Florence (why DID i want to go there ?)......We had a great meal there ...Bistecca de Fiorentina (spelling ??)...Basically ,a HUGE slab of local Tuscan beef ,served rare ,on a big wooden chopping board,all washed down with a HUGE bottle of Chianti .I have Sisto to thank for the recommendation (about 3 years ago !!).....

on this occasion we went with the waiters recommendation, and the chefs talent, to have one of the best steaks I've ever tasted in my life (many thanks Jassies for the restaraunt tip)
