OK,,, Here goes,, My Deserted Island Dream... ;)

So there I was, minding my own damn business, Down’n a CHILLY Corona cervesas, enjoying the sand, sun, surf and,,,,,,,, “friends”

….. Where else?,, but TJ….

As I was ordering another, I’m told, “But Senior, we have no more Corona,, It is all gone”…. WHAT?!,,, How is this possible in MEHECO?!?!?!,,, He then pocedes to tell me that a large container ship had come into port a few days before, and the crew, after many days at sea, had drank it all…. So later that night, while having a margarita at a local,, errrr “establishment”,

A drunken ships captain ends up next to me by the stage,, I mean, table, and is cryin about how he was going to lose his job over losing his entire crew,, He tells me he has a VERY precious cargo which simply MUST be delivered to the Florida Keys in a few days, and now he has no crew to load it.. “Not he says, unless you know someone that can drive a fork-lift”,,,, I tell him, “Heeell YES!,, I can drive any forkin thing!”,,,, “You’re HIRED!” He says…. So early the next morning we’re off to the port where his ship is docked,,,

As I’m loading the ship, he constantly keeps telling me to, “Be careful,, it’s very precious”,,, Fast forward to about the 3 day at sea,, and I’m getting increasingly curious as to just exactly what our, “precious” cargo is,,, So later that night, I decide to find out,, I creep down to the deck, and open one of the containers,,,,,,,,

GREAT GOOOGLY MOOOGLY!!!!
Stealing a line from, “Field of Dreams”,, “Is this Heaven”?????

As I stumble over to the railing trying to comprehend what I’ve just seen,,, I notice a BEAUTIFUL island, FAAAR off in the distance, silhouetted in the moonlight,,

I now have a plan,, down to the bowels of the ship I go,, down, down, down,,, Looking for the one item that will do what I want,,,, AHHHH ,,, there it is!,,

The ships bilge pump!!,,

After a little swappin of wires, re-plumbing, etc, etc,,
I get it to run BACKWARDS!,,,, YEEESSS!!

So fast-forward a couple of hours and, “THAR she goes!”

Did I happen to mention that these containers float?

So as I’m drifting off towards the island, with about 50 of the containers, I see the ships captain drifting off in the opposite direction from me,, I guess he still really likes me, as he looks to be using hand signals to tell me,, “You’re #1,,, You’re #1!!”,,,, That’s very nice of him,,,

SOOooooo Here I am, all alone on this BEAUTIFUL deserted island..

Now for the items:
2 watches:
#1, My beater PVD Luminor in my autosig… It’s my “go-to” watch about 90% of the time. As long as I wind it,, I’ll always know what time it is,, But to be honest, I COULDN’T CARE LESS!,, So I’ll most likely end up pitching it into the surf… Sooo no pic needed..
#2, a Breitling emergency,

It’s a, “battery” watch,, but,,,,,
(more on this choice later)

2 songs:
#1 “Riviera Paradise” by Stevie Ray Vaughn, I could listen to it over and over, and some times do while working with it rattling the walls…

#2 Also Stevie Ray, “Little Wing” Same reason with this tune..

1 book:
The Bible.. A surprise you say?.. Not really, it’s two-fold. 1 I’ve always wanted to read it,, I’d like to see if I can try and wrap my brain about what it is about religion that makes some people think they have the right to kill another human being over it.. But I never seem to have the time.
2, I’ll need some type of kindling to start fires, and there’s PLENTY of pages,,,,,,

1 movie:
“Raising Arizona” by the Coen Brothers. I LOOOOVE to laugh, and it ALWAYS does that for me, no matter how many times I’ve seen it.

1 photograph:
Most people choose one of family or friends, I have a photographic memory with things I’ve seen.. So my family/friends faces are a permanent image in my head.. But some things just “do it” for me,, (Did I mention I LOVE to laugh?),, this pic ALWAYS does that for me..(edited for the PC crowd),, Hahahahaha

1 memory:
“WHERE the HELL I left my keys!!!” there’s a bottle opener on them!

1 meal:
Crab, corn on the cob, new potatoes, and,,,,, CORONA! A meal MADE for a King!

1 person:
Again, most people choose a wife, loved one, etc.. Again, Most here expect me to choose a,,, “woman of low moral character”,, Sooory guys,,, I chose this person because I love it here, but couldn’t force someone else to.. Besides, someone’s got to be around to take care of my kids… Soo my choice?……. KARMA,,, Yeah Karma,, I’ve always wondered why “bad” things, happen to such GOOD people, and I’m going to use this time to tell her EXACTLY what I think about her, and make SURE she gets an EAR full,, Which brings up my choice of the Breitling emergency,, Once I’ve told the biatch exactly what I think of her, I’ll knock her over the head with an empty, strap the Breitling to her, activate the beacon, and set her a$$ adrift.. GOOOOD riddance!!!

So that’s about it,, I’ve enjoyed thinking about all of this,, and telling you all about it,, but to be honest?
I gotta bail,,,

I’ve got a date!

Did I mention I DON’T care for, “battery” watches?,,,
They’re always dead when you need’em

Hell,,,, She’ll get over it,,, she’ll HAVE to!,,,,,,,Heheheheh

Hahah,,, TRUE,, yes TRUE story regarding, "Karma",,,,

September 2 2008, 11:42 PM

I was in an, "establishment" one night, after-hours,,, myself, and a couple of, "employees" were chatting about Karma,,, I made the comment to one of the young ladies that, "Karma's a BITCH, unless you know her".... The other, (a cute little blond),, looked at me with a very curious look on her face, (and not much else.. ) and with as serious a face as you can imagine, said,, "Wow, how long have you known her?,,, does she work at another club?",,,,, (and NOOOOO I'm NOT kidding,,) hahahaha,,,, To which I quickly, and with JUST as serious a face replied,, "OOHhh quite a while I guess, Hey, did I hear you say you needed a ride home?",,,, HAHAHAHAHAHAH
