I just had to say thank you as well to the organizers of the NY GTG for putting together such a great evening for everyone to come together, Eng for opening his studio to us, Martin, Arif and Eng for such an amazing calendar project, Panerai for helping contribute to the cause, and so many others who I'm sure did things big and small to help both old and new friends this weekend in NYC. A definite passion was in the room last night . . ..with some serious good vibes coming all the way from DU . . .kudos again to all involved . . ..even those who showed up for the first GTG last night . . .hope it was worth it and the first of many

So staring at the NYC skyline this morning over some coffee . . . .




It occurs to me, I have an extra copy of of Vintage Panerai . . . an exceptional read, and a great example of the passion that lives around these parts . . .a true passion project from Ralf and Volker.

Still in the plastic, just out of the shipping box for a picture . . ..all you need to do is post in this thread "I'm in" or something similar, and in 24hrs from the time stamp on this post I'll randomize for a winner.

For those still in NYC, enjoy the rest of your visit . . .and safe travels home to all!

In the past month and a half, I've had cancer surgery on my head, lost a six figure career, and my house burnt to the ground and lost everything but my dog and family. Bad things DO happen in 3's! And yes, I do have pics to prove all this...
