Taking a page from Eddie's book, this song seemed appropriate for the recap of last night's events.

What a great event. I am so glad I was able to make the NYC GTG. I got back home this morning after a whirlwind trip, where I spent about 23 hours on the ground in NYC. I landed Saturday morning and after checking into the hotel and a quick trip to the Boutique (hi Lindsey and Chad), I headed to the Village to meet the gang for lunch. Sidekick arranged for two tables of ten to have the Bo Ssam special at Momofuku Ssam, which was an entire pork shoulder served with rice, oysters, and condiments in lettuce leaves.
We started out with the pork buns, which are fantastic.
Then they brought out the main meal, which was excellent.
It was great to spend time with everyone before the bigger event.
After spending the rest of the afternoon looking at incredible pieces at an AD, it was time for the main event.
Ill let the organizers relay the details, but it was a fantastic party. There were large prints of the calendar images on the walls, the video link from Down Under, and a room full of the best people I know.

A shot of some of the Chicago folks (sorry Retto, I think you were still at dinner at this point). I did not get the waiver from Neeraj, so the photo has been edited to avoid legal repercussion.
The calendar and special surprise are amazing. Eng, Martin and Arif I cannot thank you enough.
I dont want to leave anyone out, but I wanted to give a shout out to my friends that I got to hang with yesterday.
