I am in Bay Area, CA. What is the best way to get your Panerai watch serviced? Should I contact AD or a service center?

Chatel & Co. is a Panerai authorized service center. Hugues is a trained watchmaker, a longtime Paneristi, and a super guy to work with. He has serviced several Panerais for me, and his work has always been prompt and flawless. Plus, a trip to Chatel gives you a good excuse to spend some time in Carmel.

No personal experience, but CH Jewelers is an AD in Valley Fair Mall, KH
