The 390 was a boutique only piece, meaning it wasn't available at ADs. I still believe there are quite a few that haven't come out yet, though I don't know how many, and the lists are so filled up at this point they are all at least spoken for, however it doesn't hurt to try. However you may have to look to the second hand market, the 390 is a gorgeous watch and as I've said many times before its one of the best Panerai watches ever.
