Any advice from the knowledgable Paneristi members of the Forum will be appreciated.
I am buying a 176 on Monday from a friend/watch dealer.
I have seen both pieces and they are identical. Both used but in mint condition with papers, extra strap and boxes etc.
One is a model J and one is a model H
They are the exact same price
Do I go with the J because its the later model?
Is there any difference between the 2?
Many Thanks
Gavin A

Some differences ...

The both have the sandwich dial which started with the H series but the J series got some improvements :

- It takes the new caseback with the OP logo.
- I have the new winding system : runner lever + nut

Thanks, so am I correct in saying that all things considered I should go with the J over the H?
I love the plain black calfskin leather strap which I plan to purchase for the 176.. Can't wait.
