Likely picking one up on Saturday.
They have some great lease deals going and it
will be nice to have in addition to my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4Door
(wife hates the Jeep and I am sick of driving her MKx!). Jeep will be paid
off in 6 weeks so might as well get a toy I figured (first ever "car"
always have had suvs)
Was looking at a BMW 335ix but by the time I got it how I wanted the lease
was 2500 down and 750 a mth and just not what I want to spend yet for a
second car.
Anyway... Any pics??? Any thoughts/reviews?
Shes going to be the way Henry Ford intended for his cars to be...
You can have it in any color you want as long as it's black....
Black on black, going to do a deep tint on rear windows and about 35 on the front windows.
Sport, Nav & Premium packages.
Watches: PAM243J, Rolex: 1675 small 24 hr hand, SS DJ, 5513 matte dial, Breitling Gen II Navitimer, Audemars skeleton, Ball Night Train.
The Infiniti is nice, but they have a very cheap feel in my opinion compared to a German car. Its a fancy Nissan.....
Get an Audi A5...will cost you less than the BMW and feel much better than the Infiniti.
Had an infiniti fx45. Fantastic car with great engine, that drove like a sportscar, but... the interieuer sucks!
The platic used is hard plastic. The finish of the panels are not goog and it squeeeks.
All paid off! And still loving it! The exhaust on the cars are so silky and smooth. Since it has been paid off, I have been toying with trading her in for a Sedan (since my wife is pregnant); but I figure, hell, g35 coupe has a back seat that can sport a kiddie seat. Why not just keep driving her?
I think I am going to get new tires and replace the front bumper panel (small dent), and keep rolling her for a few more years. She has been such a fantastic car. Infinitis are like tanks - they never break!
"You must choose, but choose wisely. For as the true Grail will bring you life, the false Grail will take it from you."
I have a friend a hurt his back by take the car seat in and out of the back of his bimmer coupe. As soon as the lease was over, he got a 4dr right da way.
And I had a baby seat in the back of my G sedan not too long ago (we bought another family car since then). Its not the most spacious backseat, but you will appreciate the extra doors. and they almost open to 90 degree!
The baby is not too heavy, but the car seat along was +20lb!
I don't own a G37x coupe but I don't own a G35S Sedan 6MT.

I like it, my complains are the interior reminds me of Nissan. And also there some strange design here or there. e.g. the A/C will turn on automatically if you select circulate + fan on, the clutch does not feel great, can only read 512 songs on SD card, etc.
I still like the car for what it is (a Made in Japan front mid engine RWD sports sedan with a proper transmission), it handles pretty well for its size and weight. It's generally pretty reliable. I think G sedan is the only RWD sports sedan from Japan that has MT)
If you're interested just email me. I can hook you up with some people I know. New Bimmer plus Euro pick up plus Euro vacation for a week or two plus much lower monthly lease = win
Here in So Cal I can refer you to the dealership that sells the most BMWs in the nation and they can get you in the Beemer of your choice at or close to invoice. Email me if you need more info. You don't need to be in California either.
Cheers
But I can comment on the Qx56 I bought my wife off the showroom floor of a dealer here in Dallas, it is a great ride with 400hp to push you past just about any other car on the road. It's a beast. But, it burns gas like a fat man eats pizza. Otherwise, the quality is very good.
It does not ride as smooth as the LX470 she had, but it has amenities up the wazoo. I was, however, given a loaner car from Infinity while her car was having the oil changed. It was a sedan or some sort. It was a piece of crap. It reminded me of the cheap nissans made years ago. Yeah the outside looked nice, but it ran and sounded like crap. The QX is probably their best vehicle in my opinion.
I would Reccomend looking at the new TL. We just picked up a 2012 for slightly less than infinit offered the G at. We drove both cars extensively and compared them quite a bit. In the end the TL was a winner in almost every regard save acceleration and engine/exhaust note. Just my 2 cents but worth a look!
