When is the first year for K series, when should I service it?Also I posted this on another forum but I got just 1 answer.I wound my watch last week till 8th day and heard a click like a security clutch but i could continue to wind it.I stopped and the watch is working normally.Do 233 have security clutch to stop You to overwind it, as I played in the past with 127 and 111 and when You wind them to maximum You cannot go further?Every answer helps and thanks.

My thought is not to touch what is working fine.
Having said that Panerai claims to have a full service every 4 or 5 years, if I remember well.

Regarding the wounding...233 doesnt reach a STOP position. You can keep winding and you will only feel and hear the clutch. But it will not stop.
Newer in house movmts reach a stop position like the ETA movmts, but not in the P2002 movmt.

Best regards

Yup, what Nacho said

There is a "clutch" in the 2002 movement. You will not feel a stop, but hear a click if you hold up to your ear when you hit max.

I have a 233 k and have not felt the need to get it serviced.
